Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accelerate fermentation without wasting the heat of a heater by forming the fermentation tank of a household crude refuse treating machine to inner and outer double tanks, mounting a heater at inner tank and forming the machine in such a manner that the air supplied to the fermentation tank is passable in the gap formed between the inner and outer double tanks.
CONSTITUTION: This household crude refuse treating machine is provided horizontally with an agitating pawl shaft in the central part of the fermentation tank 15 and is implanted with pawls on the shaft to turn and agitate the crude refuse and rotatably supports the fermentation tank. The fermentation tank 15 is formed to the inner and outer double tanks and the heater is mounted at the outer side of the bottom of the inner tank. The fermentation tank 15 shown in Fig. is rotatable around the agitating pawl shaft 20 by a motor M. The specified gap 15c is formed between the inner tank 15a and the outer tank 15b. Further, the upper part thereof is provided with air suction and discharge ports 27, 28. The heater 33 is mounted like a belt along the U-shaped surface of the outside surface in the bottom of the inner tank 15a to warm the arm passing the gap 15c. The warmed air from the discharge port 28 passes an upper space 35 and is discharged from the discharge port 37 by a fan 30.
