Abstract:
To provide a crash box and a production method of the same where the bond strength of an aluminum member and a resin member is increased in a crash box provided with both members.SOLUTION: A crash box is provided with an aluminum member 1 laminated with a resin coating layer 4 having one or a plurality of layers on at least a part of the surface of the aluminum base material 2 and a resin member bonded on a surface 4a at the resin coating layer 4 side of the aluminum base material 2 of the aluminum member 1. The resin coating layer 4 is laminated on the surface-treated surface of the aluminum base material 2. At least one layer of the resin coating layer 4 is formed with a resin composition including an in-situ polymerization type phenoxy resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
