To provide a crushed sand producing device where a vibrating screen is less clogged and has high screening efficiency and the particle size distribution of crushed sand which becomes a final product is arbitrarily changed as requested.
A crushed sand pulverizing device is constituted of a raw material bin 10 for receiving raw material, a vibrating feeder 20 for feeding raw material, a gyratory crusher 40, a vibrating screen 70 for screening a crushed product after crushing, and a dispersing device 60 for uniformly dispersing the crushed product in the horizontal width direction of the vibrating screen 70 to feed it to the vibrating screen. The dispersing device 60 is horizontal and is extended in the flow direction of raw material. A pair of receiving bars in parallel a fixed distance separated from each other are arranged in a casing, and also on both sides of and diagonally under a receiving bar of the first stage, a pair of receiving bars of the second stage having the same shape of that of the receiving bar of the first stage are arranged. The mesh of the vibrating screen 70 is formed into the rectangular one, and also the major sides of the rectangular meshes are arranged along the flow direction of raw material, and a closed circuit consisting of a transportation route 100 for returning an oversize product on the vibrating screen 70 to the gyratory crusher 40 is provided.
