Title:
CRUSHER FOR WOOD CHIP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2740108
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily perform working of a planer blade where wear and tear are frequently caused and to decrease the manufacturing cost and to reduce the maintenance cost by providing a long hole nearly radially on a rotary plate, providing a slope slanted in the direction separating from the surface of the rotary plate along the long edge part of the long hole and sticking the planer edge to the slope.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of crushing blades 115 and a rotary plate 125 are arranged side by side in a crusher for wood chips. The crushing blades 115 are fitted in the prescribed radius positions on a rotary shaft 107 which is pivotally supported in the horizontal direction in a crushing casing 105. A fan 129 is fixed on the inside face of the rotary plate 125 and a planer blade 133 is fixed on the outside face thereof. Further a crushing hopper is provided in the position facing the external circumferences of the crushing blades 115 in the crushing casing 105. A discharge chute is provided in the position facing the external circumference of the fan 129. A cutting hopper 161 is provided in the position facing the planer blade 133. A long hole is provided nearly radially on the rotary plate 125 and a slope is slanted in the direction separating from the surface of the rotary plate 125 in the direction toward the long hole and provided along the long edge part of the long hole.
