To provide a crusher capable of crushing crushed object without losing the flavor of the crushed object such as spice, sprinkling it on a food material or dish in a fresh state, and mixing a plurality of types of crushed objects at desired amount and mixing rate in a single crusher.

This crusher is formed with a pair of mutually facing recessed parts 11 and 12 in the both sides, a container 2 having a storage part A for storing the crushed object S such as the spice, and a hammering member 31 guided by a guide means inside the storage part A and moving between the pair of recessed parts 11 and 12; and the crushed object S is crushed between the recessed parts 11 and 12 and the hammering member 31.
