PURPOSE: To reduce noises and improve fine particle forming performance by grinding a raw material flowing from a raw material inflow opening of a fixed mortar on crushing surfaces of both fixed and rotating mortars, transferring the ground raw material by arc-shaped channels formed on both crushing surfaces to the outer ends direction of the mortars and grinding the material between channels and between non-channel sections.
CONSTITUTION: A raw material changed into a crusher of mortar type is flowed from a raw material inflow opening of a fixed mortar 14 and flowed into a space between a crushing surface 35 of a rotating mortar 13 which is rotating and a crushing surface 45 of the fixed mortar 14. The raw material is flowed between a first channel of the rotating mortar 13 and a third channel of the fixed mortar 14. As both channels are formed into the arc shape and the rotating mortar 13 is rotated, the raw material is pushed to the outer peripheral sides of both mortars 13 and 14 and moved thereto. At this time, the channel depth of the fixed mortar 14 is made deeper than the channel depth of the rotating mortar 13 to flow the raw material more into the channel of the fixed mortar 14. The raw material is easily dropped by the arrangement and can be crushed more easily between both mortars 13 and 14.
