To crush a large amount of garbage at one time and lower the cost and electric power consumption of a motor by using a plurality of cutting blades uprightly set on the upper face of a disk and arranged in equal intervals in the rotation direction and a plurality of wipers hung from the lower face of the disk and arranged at equal intervals in the rotation direction and reciprocally with the cutting blades for constituting a blade part.
A plurality of cutting blades 3b having inclined faces and projected in a slight degree are arranged in the upper face of a disk 3a by cutting and erecting in the same direction in the rotation direction at equal intervals. A plurality of wipers 3c having inclined faces are arranged in the lower face of the disk 3a by cutting and erecting in the same direction and reciprocally with the cutting blades 3b in the rotation direction. The wipers 3c scrape up small crushed material, which is crushed by the cutting blades 3b and slides into the lower side of the disk 3a, by the inclined faces and jet out the material to the upper side of the disk 3a and cause convection flow of the material. An approximately U-shaped diffusion plate 4 is attached to the center part of the upper face of the disk 3a to cause eddy of garbage in the inside of a container 2 and efficiently spread the garbage in the blade part 3 and consequently, a large amount of garbage can be crushed at one time and the cost and electric power consumption can be lowered.
