Abstract:
To provide a crushing method and a crusher that enable early cooling of a steelmaking slag, even when it is massive also in a high temperature state, consequently enable quick processing to be performed.SOLUTION: A crushing method for a steelmaking slag is provided in which a steelmaking slag S at least a surface of which is solidified is crushed, the crushing method includes a first step in which a plurality of crushing blades 20 provided at a lower end side of a heavy object 50 are arranged in such a way as to contact a surface of the slag, and a second step in which the crushing blades are made to bite into the steelmaking slag utilizing weight of the heavy object to crush the steelmaking slag. A crusher 1 for a steelmaking slag is also provided, including: a main body 10 which has a portion 11 to be suspended which can be suspended and a weight holding portion 12 which holds the heavy object 50 attachably and detachably; and a plurality of crushing blades 20 provided at the lower end side of the main body 10 and extended downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
