Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance and monitoring by a method wherein the crushing, bag-breaking, separation, drying and selection of mixed waste under various conditions, such as damped, entangled, adhered condition and the like, are effected continuously and efficiently on a massive scale by one set of a device.
SOLUTION: A crushing, selecting and drying device 1 is constituted of a horizontal cylinder casing 10 equipped at one end with the supplying port 11 of waste W to be treated, and equipped with an air suction opening 15 provided at the other end of the same, a shaft 30 with a pivotal handle which is laid horizontally in the casing so as to be rotatable, an air inflow opening 13 provided at the lower part of the casing 10 to a half way across the supplying port and the air suction opening, and the discharging unit 19 of heavy goods G which is provided on the bottom of the other end of the casing 10. The air suction opening 15 is connected to a suction blower 17 through a cyclone separator 16 while light-weight matters L are separated and collected from air steam A by the separator 16. An air supplying box 14, to which a heater H is connected, is provided in the air inflow opening 13.
