Abstract:
To propose a structure capable of adjusting a temperature of the pulverization chamber of a vertical roller mill independently of a product temperature in a closed-circuit type pulverization system comprising the vertical roller mill.SOLUTION: A pulverization system comprises: a vertical roller mill; a pulverization product circulation system, having a pulverization product circulation path, through which a pulverization product exhausted out of the vertical mill moves from the exhaust port of the vertical roller mill to the supply port, and a classifier, which classifies a pulverization product provided in the pulverization product circulation path and separates refined powder; and a gas circulation system, having a gas circulation path, through which the gas exhausted out of the vertical roller mill flows from the exhaust port of the vertical roller mill to a hot blast inlet, and a fan, provided in the gas circulation path to suction the gas into a dust collector which separates fine plastic from the gas and the gas circulation path. The gas circulation system is independent from the pulverization product circulation system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
