Abstract:
To provide a cryogenic and heat storage device solidifying a cold storage material enclosed in a heat storage capsule, even at 0°C in cryogenic storage operation.
A cryogenic and heat storage device concerning this invention accommodates a heat storage capsule with a temperature sensor 21a in a thermal storage tank 12, and is provided with a means 30 for imparting a shaking force to the heat storage capsule 21, on the basis of the temperature information of the heat storage capsule with the temperature sensor 21a.
