To provide a cryogenic rotary pump capable of more efficiently performing multiple functions of forcible feed.
A cryogenic rotary pump 2 which pressurizes the flow of an extremely low temperature liquid and separates the flow into a first low pressure flow and a second high pressure flow is provided with a series of forcible feed rooms 26, 54, 84. A single rotationally driving shaft 12 supports a rotation inducer 30 arranged in the room 26, a first impeller in the room 54 and a second impeller in the room 84. A liquid receiving room 40 is arranged at the middle between the forcible feed rooms 26, 54. A first exit 44 from a pump 2 to the first low pressure flow is provided adjacent to the room 40 and a second exit 110 is provided in communication with the forcible feed room 84.
