Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryogenic temperature liquid pump capable of efficiently transferring liquid gas and having a highly reliable structure that is simple and that does not take maintenance time and labor.SOLUTION: A cryogenic temperature liquid pump 1 for transferring a liquid at a temperature equal to or lower than a temperature at which a superconductive line experiences superconducting transition, includes: a cylindrical outer pipe element 2 having openings on both ends, respectively; a stator device 4 provided along an inner circumference of the outer pipe element 2, and including a field coil 3 around which a superconductive line is wound; a cylindrical rotor 5 coaxially fitted into the outer pipe element 2 with a play, including a magnetic force generator 11 generating a magnetic force, and rotating around an axis of the outer pipe element 2 by an interaction between the magnetic force generated by the magnetic force generator 11 and a magnetic force generated by the field coil 3 of the stator device 4; and an impeller 6 provided on an inner circumference of the rotor 5, transmitting a torque of the rotor 5 to the liquid in the rotor 5, and flowing the liquid from one opening to the other opening of the outer pipe element 2.
