Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the vibration resistance of a cryostat by mounting a guide tube slidably at a supporting unit when the gas guide tube mounted in a container for containing superconductive coil and liquid helium is fixed to the wall of the container for enclosing the tube using the supporting unit. CONSTITUTION:The superconductive coil and the liquid helium for cooling the coil are contained in the container, which is enclosed with an outside container while vacuum insulating the container. A gas guide tube for feeding or pouring the helium gas or liquid produced in the interior is provided in the inside of the container, and is supported by the supporting unit mounted on the wall of the outside container. That is, when the tube 5 is fixed by nipping it with a band 10 at the end of the unit 6, and a slide 15 made of Teflon or nylon having a flared groove 15a toward the axial direction is interposed between the band 10 and the tube 5. Further, the periphery of the tube is enclosed by the heat insulator 14 laminated by a number of layers, and is tightened with the band 10. Thus, the collapse of the insulator 14 due to the contraction and expansion of the tube 5 can be eliminated.
