Abstract:
To increase the degree of freedom of scheduling execution of cryptography processing without increasing the number of hardware cryptography processing units and to complete each cryptography processing at low cost within a defined length of time in which the cryptography processing needs to be completed.SOLUTION: A cryptography processor 30 includes a hardware cryptography processing unit 60, software cryptography processing units 42 and 54, and cipher control units 42 and 52. The hardware cryptography processing unit executes cryptography processing by hardware. The software cryptography processing units execute cryptography processing by software. The cipher control units cause the hardware cryptography processing units and the software cryptography processing units to execute plural cryptography processing with different priorities at the same time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
