Abstract:

To provide a crystalline form I of bucillamine and a purification method for preparing the crystalline form I of bucillamine.SOLUTION: There is provided a purification method for preparing a crystalline form I of bucillamine, the method including: a. dissolving a crude bucillamine in a suitable organic solvent; b. heating the resulting suspension at a suitable temperature; c. cooling the solution obtained in the step b; and d. separating the crystalline form I of the bucillamine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
