Abstract:
To provide crystalline forms of tenofovir alafenamide.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to novel crystalline forms of salts and/or co-crystals of tenofovir alafenamide, pharmaceutical formulations, and therapeutic uses thereof in treating viral infections. In some embodiments, the present invention is directed to solid tenofovir alafenamide hemipamoate. In some embodiments, the present invention is directed to crystalline tenofovir alafenamide hemipamoate Form I.
