Abstract:

To provide a crystalline organic thin film obtained using particular compounds showing solubility suitable for production of elements in a solution process and also showing excellent semiconductor characteristic with higher chemical stability and semiconductor operation stability after formation of film and also provide a producing method of the crystalline organic thin film.

The producing method of the crystalline organic thin film comprises the steps of (i) coating a solution obtained by solving a solvent-soluble compound into the solvent on a substrate, (ii) forming an organic thin film by making the solvent-soluble compound unsoluble into the solvent through elimination reaction, and (iii) laminating a crystalline organic thin film through elimination reaction by coating the solution obtained by solving the solvent-soluble compound into the solvent on the organic thin film.
