Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a crystalline polyarylene sulfide resin composite molded form wherein defect of an interface of a first molding part and a second molding part is remarkably improved, adhesiveness is excellent, sticking intensity at that part is high, which is very useful as a composite molded part housing other members for practical use.
CONSTITUTION: In double molding method, a part of a molded form is formed by first molding by using crystalline polyarylene sulfide resin or its composition, and other part of the molded form is formed on this first molded form by second molding so as to make an integral composite molded form. The mold temperature at the first molding is made to be a temperature lower than a cold crystallizing temperature (Tcc) of the crystalline polyarylene sulfide resin by 10°C or more. Then, the second molding is performed so as to make the integral molded form.
