Abstract:
To provide a crystal and a crystallization method of a macrophage-colony stimulating factor.
The present invention provides a crystallized macrophage-colony stimulating factorα(M-CSFα) which is a dimer of two M-CFSα polypeptide monomers. The monomers are the same or different and have the same amino acid sequence as a mature M-CSFα polypeptide. When the monomers are different, not less than 1 but below 5 amino acid residues in the monomers characterize their diversity.
