To provide a crystallization plate which allows an extracted crystal to be observed by imaging without overlooking the crystal when a biopolymer such as protein to be analyzed is crystallized and extracted by dropping a solution containing the biopolymer in a well provided on the crystallization plate, and to provide an automatic crystallization system using the same.
The crystallization plate comprises one or more wells to each of which a solution containing a prescribed biopolymer is fed, and in the walls, the biopolymer is crystallized, wherein the well is constituted of a wall surface inclined from an opening part through which the solution is charged, toward a lower part so as to lead the solution to the inside of the well, and a bottom part continuing with the wall surface, and a part of the wall surface continuing with the bottom part is formed so as to erect from the bottom part toward a nearly vertical upper part.
