Abstract:

To provide a Cu-Co-Si-based copper alloy strip whose fatigue characteristics are improved, and a method for producing the same.

The Cu-Co-Si-based copper alloy strip contains 0.5-3.0 mass% of Co and 0.1-1.0 mass% of Si, wherein a mass ratio of Co/Si is 3.0-5.0, with the balance comprising copper and unavoidable impurities. A ratio (A/B) of a surface hardness A (Hv) to a hardness B (Hv) at the center of the thickness in the direction parallel to the rolling direction is 1.03 or more.
