PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture method that can sterilize a channel of treatment liquid without increasing the size of a culture device.SOLUTION: A culture method has: a first supply step that supplies a first treatment liquid 9 used for cell culture to a flask 5 through a channel 22; and a second supply step that supplies a second treatment liquid 9 used for cell culture and different from the first treatment liquid 9, to the flask 5 through the channel 22.
