Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cultured cell suitable for various kinds of safety examinations such as toxicity, irritation and permeation of a medicine, a cosmetic, etc., and its production method.
CONSTITUTION: There are provided cultured cells produced in a multilayer state by culturing human cells on a biologically affinitive high polymer membrane placed on the bottom of various tanks of a culture tank composed of an outer tank and one or plural inner tanks accommodated therein, and its production method.
