Abstract:
To provide a method for efficiently producing fucoxanthin.
The method for producing fucoxanthin includes a step of culturing a unicellular diatom of genus Phaeodactylum, a unicellular diatom of genus Thalassiosira, or unicellular haptophyte of genus Isochrysis, and a step of collecting the fucoxanthin from cultured product.
