Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a cap dispenser by effectively preventing the engagement of a spring by notching plural rows of cup size grooves with which the free edge of a spring restraining body mounted on an outer cylindrical body are engaged freely engagedly and disengagedly along the peripheral direction of the body part of an inner cylindrical body.
SOLUTION: Non-slip projections and recessions 57 are formed on the outer periphery of a cup takeout port side flange part 56 of an inner cylindrical body 51 formed of a synthetic resin and this cup dispenser is constituted so that slip can be prevented at the time of the rotating operation of the inner cylindrical body 51. Therefore, by rotating the inner cylindrical body 51 to a constant direction, the projecting amounts of a spring S inward the inner cylindrical body 51 can be adjusted. Further, cup size grooves with which the free edge of a spring restraining body whose the one edge is fixed to an outer cylindrical body 20 is engaged freely engagedly and disengagedly are notched at every required interval in the peripheral direction of a body part 52 of the inner cylindrical body 51. Thus, the manufacturing cost of the cup dispenser can be reduced by effectively preventing the engagement of the spring S and the operation convenience can be improved.
