Abstract:
To provide a coating material in common use of a topcoat and a primer small in gross reduction after mixing a main material with a curing agent, and good in adhesiveness to various types of difficult-to-adhere substrates including an inorganic-based coated film.SOLUTION: A curable composition includes: (I) an alkoxysilyl group-containing synthetic resin emulsion; (II) a compound which promotes hydrolysis and condensation of an alkoxysilyl group; (III) organosilicate (a compound represented by the following general formula (1) and a partial hydrolysis condensation product thereof) and/or a modified compound thereof; and (IV) an isocyanate group-containing alkoxysilane compound.
