To provide a curable composition giving a cyclic olefinic resin without significantly impairing the resin's optical properties in terms of light transparency, that is, giving a laminated form of low modulus temperature dependency by coating the curable composition on a substrate followed by drying to obtain a film laminate by heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive technique followed by crosslinking or curing, and to provide a film laminate obtained by the process.

The film laminate is obtained by the following process: The curable composition comprising a styrene-olefinic block copolymer, a (meth)acrylic ester and a solvent as essential components is coated on a film followed by drying and then laminating with another film followed by irradiating the resultant laminated form with ultraviolet rays.
