PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition containing polyorganosilsesquioxane capable of forming a cured article having high surface hardness and excellent in heat resistance by curing the same and provide a hard coat film having flexibility while maintaining high surface hardness and capable of manufacturing or processing by a roll-to-roll method.SOLUTION: There is provided polyorganosilsesquioxane containing a constitutional unit represented by the following formula (1), further a constitutional unit represented by the following formula (2-1) and/or a constitutional unit represented by the following formula (2-2) and having a ratio of the constitutional unit represented by the formula (I) and the constitutional unit represented by the formula (II) of 5 or more, a ratio of total of the constitutional unit represented by the formula (I) and the constitutional unit represented by the formula (II) and total of the constitutional unit represented by the formula (2-1) and the constitutional unit represented by the formula (2-2) of 99.9/0.1 to 80/20 and percentage of the constitutional unit represented by the formula (1) and the constitutional unit represented by the formula (5) to the total amount of a siloxane constitutional unit of 50 to 99 mol%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
