To provide a curable composition that is cured by active energy rays such as ultraviolet, etc., and moisture in air and has excellent flexibility, high elongation and heat resistance, an adhesive obtained from the same, especially an adhesive for filling a space part of an image display and an image display produced by using the curable composition.

The curable composition includes (a) a polymer containing one or more groups represented by general formula (1): -OC(O)C(R¹)=CH₂ (wherein R¹ is a hydrogen atom or a 1-20C organic group) per molecule on an average, (b) a polymer containing one or more groups represented by general formula (2): -[Si(R²)_2-b(Y)_bO]_m-Si(R³)_3-a(Y)_a per molecule on an average and (c) a compound having a mercapto group in the molecule.
