Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition capable of providing a cured article excellent in storage stability and resolution and having high refractive index, and a cured article excellent in color fastness of a metal connecting to the resulting cured article, a manufacturing method of a cured article by curing the curable composition, a resin pattern manufacturing method and a cured film.SOLUTION: There is provided a curable composition containing titanium alkoxide and/or titanoxane having a structure represented by the formula 1 without a primary amino group, a secondary amino group and a hydroxyl group not directly binding to a titanium atom as a Component A, a compound capable of being coordinated to the titanium atom by O atom or S atom as Component B, a solvent as Component C and a compound having a polymerizable group as Component D. In the formula (1), Rand Rrepresent each independently an alkyl group or an aryl group and L represents a bivalent organic group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
