Abstract:
To provide a curable composition, a paint, a cured matter, and a coated matter that may be a cured material excellent in water and oil repellency and persistence of the water and oil repellency.SOLUTION: A curable composition comprises: a fluorine-containing surface modifier (X) having a reactive group G1, a curable compound (Y1), or a curable compound (Y2) and a curable compound (Y3), and the fluorine-containing surface modifier (X) is a polymer containing a structural unit (A) derived from the fluorine-containing polymerizable compound represented by the following formula (a), and a structural unit (B) having the reactive group G1, the curable compound (Y1) has a reactive group G2 that reacts with the reactive group G1, the curable compound (Y2) has a reactive group G3 that reacts with the reactive group G1, and a reactive group G4, the curable compound (Y3) has a reactive group G5 that reacts with the reactive group G4, and the reactive group G3 may be the same as or different from the reactive group G4, and the reactive group G5 may be the same as or different from the reactive group G1.
