In a curing device 20 for general section lining concrete, members 1 for airbag support are radially installed on the widened section sides of arch frames 11 positioned at the axial front and rear ends of a tunnel, members 2 for airbag installation are installed on the outer peripheral surface of the arch frames and the upper ends of the members for airbag support in arcuate shapes similar to the shape of the inner surface of the widened section lining concrete 9 while securing a proper interval for fitting the inflated airbag 3 to the inner surface of the widened section lining concrete, the airbag is installed on the upper surface of the member for airbag installation, and end shielding sheets 4 for closing the gaps between the members for airbag installation and the arch frame are stretched tightly in the vertical direction.
