Abstract:
To prevent the circulation resistance of a gas in a gas chamber from increasing due to the presence of a protrusion for diffusion.SOLUTION: A collector comprises a plurality of projections that protrude toward an electrochemical reaction single cell and are joined to the electrochemical reaction single cell. The plurality of projections include a first row of projections in which the plurality of projections line up in a second direction with a space therebetween in a first direction view, and a second row of projections that are located at one side in a third direction that crosses the second direction with respect to the first row of projections, and in which the plurality of projections line up in the second direction with a space therebetween in the first direction view. In a gas chamber between the electrochemical reaction single cell and the collector, there exists a communication path between a gap among the projections in the first row of projections and a gap among the projections in the second row of projections. The collector includes a protrusion for diffusion which is smaller in projection length than the projections, and which is formed in at least an overlap region that overlaps the communication path in the first direction view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
