PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means capable of suppressing a reduction in battery capacity in a lithium ion secondary battery.SOLUTION: A current collector for a lithium ion secondary battery comprises a conductive layer, and a lithium ion barrier metal layer disposed on the surface of the conductive layer.
