Title:
CURRENT CONTROL CIRCUIT AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008211683
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce an inrush current by controlling the operating speed of a switch of a power supply line when the power source is turned on.

A wireless communication apparatus which comprises a voltage converter and a wireless unit to which a voltage is supplied by the voltage converter, further includes: a first capacitance means for smoothing a current between the voltage converter and the wireless unit, the first capacitance means being a current control circuit for controlling a current that flows into the wireless communication from the voltage converter; a first switch means of which the input side is connected to the voltage converter and the output side is connected to the first capacitance means, and which shuts off input and output until a predetermined signal level is applied as a control signal; a second switch means of which the output terminal is connected to the control terminal of the first switch means, and which disconnects input and output until a connection is instructed; a second capacitance means connected between the control terminal and the output terminal of the first switch means; and a time constant circuit of which the resistor connected in series to the input terminal of the second switch means is connected to a reference potential and which is formed together with the second capacitance means.
