Title:
CURRENT MEASUREMENT CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004226095
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a current measuring circuit capable of measuring accurately and easily a current driven to a load corresponding to an applied voltage without exerting an influence on the load.

When a voltage is supplied from a voltage supply terminal 3 to a non-inverting input terminal of an operation amplifier 4, a voltage equal to the supplied voltage is inputted into an inverting input terminal, and inputted into a voltage application terminal 2 to the load 1. When PNP transistors Q1, Q2 constituting a current mirror are switched to the ON state in response to the applied voltage, a source current I1 flows into the load 1 through the PNP transistor Q1, and a mirror current I2 of the source current I1 flows into a current measuring terminal 8 through the PNP transistor Q2. The current I1 driven to the load 1 can be determined by measuring the mirror current I2 by an ammeter 6.
