PURPOSE: To provide the current mirror circuit in which an input output current ratio is set to 2:1 with high accuracy.

CONSTITUTION: The current mirror circuit is constituted of transistor(TR) Q4 whose input current of a Wilson current mirror circuit 4 is decreased to a half, a TR Q5 whose base connects to an output terminal 3 of the Wilson current mirror circuit 4, whose emitter connects to a collector of the Tr Q4 and whose collector connects to an output terminal 2, and a TR Q6 whose base connects to a collector of the TR Q5, whose emitter connects to a base of the TR Q5 and whose collector connects to a power supply.
