Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain high reliability in a simple circuit configuration of a current snubber circuit with extremely less power loss by constructing so as to feed back the energy absorbed to the condenser of the protecting circuit at the time of conducting the first switching element to the DC input power source via the second element. CONSTITUTION:A current snubber circuit 17 is composed of a series circuit of a diode D7 and a condenser C9, a series circuit of a transistor TR15 forming the second switching element and an inductance 19, and a switching drive circuit 16 including the drive coil 18 of a transformer 3', and a series circuit composed of the TR10 of the first switching element for opening and closing the input current and the primary coil of the transformer 3' is connected in parallel with the DC input power source 1, thereby forming a switching power source. Accordingly, the power loss can be extremely reduced by utilizing the LC resonance of the inductance and the capacitance, thereby enhancing the reliability with a simple circuit configuration.
