Abstract:
To avoid the use of semiconductor components made to high voltage specification in a voltage limiting unit.SOLUTION: A current supply circuit comprises: a first resistive voltage dividing part 6a (6b) that includes an amplification part 4 for amplifying an input voltage Vi inputted to an input part 4a via an input resistor 3 and referenced to circuit ground G and applying it as an applied voltage Vap, referenced to circuit ground G, to a load DUT connected between an output part 4c and circuit ground G and is constituted so as to supply an output current Io to the load DUT, the first resistive voltage dividing part 6a (6b), further, being connected between a first terminal TM1 on the output part 4c side of the load DUT and circuit ground G, dividing the applied voltage Vap by a predefined divide ratio and outputting a first divided voltage V1a (V1b); and a voltage limiting part 7a (7b) for inputting the first divided voltage V1a (V1b) and comparing it with a set voltage V2a (V2b) and reducing the absolute value of the input voltage Vi when the absolute value of the first divided voltage V1a (V1b) exceeds the absolute value V2a (V2b) of the set voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
