To provide a curried drink in hermetic container capable of drinking like an ordinary drink, having shelf life and capable of easily drinking anytime and anyplace.
A curry dispersion is prepared by adding spice for curry, condiment, previously cut or crushed onion and if necessary milk or lactic fermented milk to water and heating. The curried drink is obtained by finely crushing the whole of the curry dispersion with a homogenizer or a mixer or the like adjusting that the viscosity of the curried drink is preferably set at ≤50 centipoise, more preferably ≤10 centipoise. The curried drink is filled in a container and hermetically sealed and heat sterilized at 100 to 120°C or the prescribed curried drink is previously heat sterilized and treated with aseptic packaging and hermetically sealed to obtain the curried drink in hermetic sealed container.
