Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible precisely and rapidly detecting a window that a cursor is placed in spite of the shape of the window by providing a cursor position detective means, a window image detection means, a coincidence detection means and a window detection means for detecting the window that the cursor on a display picture is placed from plural windows.
SOLUTION: Respective mask circuits 8 in respective window image generation parts 1 discriminate whether or not the image data read out from respective image memories 7 are the data to be displayed in its window at every pixel, and when the data to be displayed in the window, the enable data e1-en are supplied to respective AND gates 11. Thus, respective AND gates 11 compare the enable data e1-en supplied from respective window image generation parts 1 with the cursor detection data supplied from the coincidence detection circuit of a horizontal directional position detective circuit 10, and supplies the coincidence detection data to a priority encoder 12 at the timing that both coincide with each other.
