PURPOSE: To provide a cursor display device with high operability in which time taken for an operation can be shortened.

CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with a switch 5 which instructs the temporary movement of a cursor, adding circuit 3 which adds an offset value (signal (c)) to an original cursor display position coordinate, and outputs the display position coordinate at the time of temporarily moving the cursor, and selector 4 which selects one of the original cursor display position coordinate and the display position coordinate obtained by adding the offset value to the original cursor display position coordinate according to the instruction of the switch 5 in order to temporarily move the cursor.
