A fabric for this curtain 1 comprises a flat knitted fabric 2. The curtain 1 has bag-like parts 4, 10 formed at its upper and lower ends, a curtain part 8 at its central part, and a plurality of pleats along the wale direction of the fabric 2, and is in an accordion style across the whole. The fabric 2 is preliminaliry structured to meet the form and size of the curtain 1. A lower end of the fabric 2 constitutes a lower end bag-like part 4 of the curtain 1, which is composed of thermally fused yarn structure part 4a and a bag-like structure part 4b. The part 4 is integrated into the fabric 2 and formed into a bag-like shape by folding back the part 4a to the side of the part 4b and heat pressing the same after the whole fabric is structured.
