Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curved panel light and excellent in dimensional stability and capable of being manufactured efficiently in safe, a curved panel manufacturing method, a curved panel and a door panel.SOLUTION: A curved panel manufacturing method comprises: a core material manufacturing step of manufacturing a core material 11 of a curved shape; an adhesive applying step of applying a polyurethane reactive hot-melt adhesive to face materials 12 and 13 to be bonded to the surface and rear face of the core material 11; and a face material bonding step of bonding the face materials 12 and 13 to the core material 11 through the polyurethane reactive hot-melt adhesive.
