Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the curved surface of a workpiece which is used for a macro machine and the like, to be machined at high efficiency and high quality.
CONSTITUTION: A mask member 3 in a form of a specified pattern is provided for the surface of a workpiece 4, and it is disposed therein in such a way that the opening section 10 of the mask member 3 becomes larger toward the surface of the workpiece 4, and solid gas two phase mixed injection flow containing particles is hit against the mask member 3 at high speeds out of an injection nozzle 5, so that the curved surface of the workpiece 4 is thereby processed.
