To provide a cushion, supporting the right and left higher parts of the buttocks in the air for improving ventilation and sitting comfortability, when a person sits down, and supporting both breasts in the air to eliminate the feeling of pressure and deformation and keep easy posture, when a woman lies facedown.

As shown in the figure, this cushion is provided with two holes or two recesses. Preferably, in order to easily insert the breasts of the woman, the cushions are made to be classified into a small size, a medium size, a large size and an extra large size, with reference to the size of a brassiere. Further, preferably in order to firmly support the buttocks and the breasts, the cushion should have a moderate thickness.
