Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain cushioning material having no moire effect, which is the cause of the development of unevenness on the surface of metal foil clad laminated sheet at high pressure laminate molding.
CONSTITUTION: The cushioning material for laminated sheet concerned 1 is prepared by arranging prepreg 3 between polyamide-based fiber cloths. Further, as preferable mode, said prepreg 3 is arranged between all aromatic polyamide fiber cloths 2 so as to make the polyamide-based fiber cloths and the prepreg 3 into an integral body so as to be turned to the cushioning material for laminated sheet 1.
