Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing operability in an assemblying process of a liquid crystal display which is excellent in heat resistance and heat radiation, good in electricity control properties, and little in generation of static electricity.
SOLUTION: A silicone rubber composition wherein fine silica particles, heat-conductive fine particle of at least 15W/(m.°C) heat conductivity, and conductive carbon black are blended, is molded in a sheet shape, and cross linkingly treated. Thereby, a cushioning material for a liquid crystal display composed of a silicone rubber sheet of 390N/cm2 or higher tensile strength, at least 0.4W/(m.°C) heat conductivity, and at most 1012Ω.cm volumetric specific resistance is obtained.
