Abstract:
To make it possible to analyze various behaviors of a customer at any time in a store while protecting customer personal information without storing photographing data itself in a memory.SOLUTION: A customer behavior analysis system 1 that analyzes customer behavior in a store includes an imaging unit 2, a posture estimation unit 11, a posture information storage unit 12, and a behavior analysis unit 13. The imaging unit 2 acquires an image by photographing the inside of the store. The posture estimation unit 11 estimates a posture of a customer in the store based on the image acquired by the imaging unit 2 to acquire posture information, and acquires the posture information in time series for each customer in the store. The posture information storage unit 12 stores the posture information acquired in time series for each customer. The behavior analysis unit 13 analyzes the customer behavior in the store based on the posture information stored in the posture information storage unit 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
